to apply. Once your application is received by the JHA office, it will be screened to determine eligibility.

Eligibility Guidelines Include:
- Meeting income limits established by HUD
- Meeting criminal history report guidelines established by the JHA
- Having satisfactory landlord references and/or having satisfactory credit references

You will be notified by mail about your eligibility for public housing at JHA. If it is determined that you are eligible for housing, your application will then be placed on a waiting list until an apartment that is suitable for your household size becomes available.
